Finding Balance Within
The science of happiness, also known as positive psychology, is the study of the factors that contribute to an individual's sense of well-being, fulfillment, and happiness. It focuses on the positive aspects of human behavior, emotions, and thoughts.
Self-regulation techniques are methods that we can use to regulate our thoughts and emotions to achieve a sense of balance within the body. Examples of these techniques include mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing, and yoga. These practices have been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating bodily functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, and digestion.
When the body is in a state of homeostasis, it is in a state of balance, where all bodily functions are operating optimally. Self-regulation techniques can help bring the body back to homeostasis by reducing stress levels, calming the mind, and regulating emotions. By engaging in these practices regularly, we can improve our overall sense of well-being and achieve a greater sense of happiness.

Brandelyn Cameron, BACS, E-RYT
Brandelyn Cameron, the founder of the International Fellowship of Euphoric Souls™, is a renowned spiritual leader with a profound interest in metaphysical science and holistic counselling. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Studies, is working on her Master's degree in Metaphysical Science as a pre-requisite to completing her PhD in Holistic Counselling. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt.
Her lifelong passion for learning and implementing holistic healing techniques led her to establish the International Fellowship of Euphoric Souls, a non-denominational community that strives to spread kindness, happiness, and personal growth among its members. Her knowledge and expertise have inspired many individuals to explore their true purpose in life, and her teachings have touched the lives of countless people around the world.
Fun fact - Brandelyn will soon be a licensed and ordained Spiritual Minister! Her unwavering dedication to promoting positivity, inclusivity, and personal growth through the power of kindness and happiness are the essence of all that she does.
